Course Overview

This practical one-day course introduces delegates to Microsoft 365 and demonstrates how cloud-based applications can help charities, community groups, social enterprises and sole traders work more effectively.

Delegates will learn how Microsoft 365 applications work together to support communication, collaboration, document management, fundraising, project delivery and service delivery.

The course uses real-world examples relevant to community and voluntary sector organisations.

Prerequisites
