Course Overview
This practical one-day course teaches delegates how to measure, evidence and communicate community impact using Microsoft 365.
Designed specifically for charities, CICs, community organisations and social enterprises, the course focuses on developing practical impact measurement frameworks, collecting meaningful evidence, analysing project outcomes and producing reports for funders, trustees and people involved in the project.
Delegates will learn how to use Microsoft Forms, Lists, Excel, Power BI, SharePoint, Teams and Copilot to capture evidence, monitor outcomes, measure social impact and demonstrate the value of their work.

Prerequisites
Delegates must:
