Course Overview

This practical one-day course teaches delegates how to use Microsoft SharePoint Online to store, organise, share and manage information across their organisation.

Designed specifically for charities, CICs, community organisations and sole traders, the course focuses on creating simple document management systems, sharing information with volunteers and trustees, managing policies and procedures, supporting project delivery and improving collaboration.

The course focuses on the cloud-based version of SharePoint available through Microsoft 365 and demonstrates how SharePoint works alongside Teams, OneDrive, Forms, Lists and other Microsoft 365 applications.

Prerequisites
