Course Overview
This practical one-day course teaches delegates how to use Microsoft Power Automate to automate repetitive tasks, reduce repetitive work and save time.
Designed specifically for charities, CICs, community organisations and sole traders, the course focuses on automating common administrative activities such as volunteer enquiries, funding application tracking, document approvals, event registrations, stakeholder communications and project management tasks.
The course focuses on the cloud-based version of Power Automate available through Microsoft 365 and introduces delegates to no-code automation using Microsoft Forms, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint and Microsoft Lists.
