Course Overview
This practical one-day course teaches delegates how to use Outlook on the web to manage email, calendars, contacts and tasks efficiently.
Designed specifically for charities, CICs, community organisations and sole traders, the course focuses on using Outlook as a tool to improve communication, organise workloads, coordinate volunteers, manage relationships with volunteers, partners and funders and schedule activities effectively.
The course uses realistic examples from the community and voluntary sector and focuses on functionality available through Microsoft 365 online.
