About Equitraction CIC

Helping Communities and Organisations Thrive

Equitraction CIC was established to help organisations and communities thrive.

We recognise that strong communities depend on strong organisations. When charities, community groups and Community Interest Companies have the confidence, systems and capacity they need, they can focus more of their energy on creating positive change for the people they serve.

Our work brings together organisational development, digital capability, community engagement and wellbeing initiatives to create practical, sustainable improvements that make a real difference.

We take a hands-on approach, helping people and organisations make changes that are realistic, achievable and appropriate for their circumstances.

Whether we are supporting an individual to become more connected and confident, helping a charity improve its operations, or developing a community project with partners, our focus remains the same: creating lasting social impact.

Our Vision

A future where individuals, communities and organisations have the confidence, skills and support they need to participate fully and deliver positive change.
